More Fall Fun!!!

We definitely get into fall around here if you can't tell yet!!
I seriously (obviously!) love this time of year!!
The fun festivals, games, food, weather.....

Thursday night we took our boys to a fall festival
back to where I went to school.
I have actually never even taken my husband here!!
Hahaha!!
But Darren and Cortney invited us to go with them
and his parents and we had a blast!!!

First we saw the fire truck!!!

Big K is 110% boy!!!
It has been so cool to watch him turn into this
little rough and tough guy!!
I am so happy we are gonna have 2 of these running around!!

Then it was time for the hay ride!!
I think this was Big K's highlight of the whole night!!
He ended up going on it twice and even fell out of the swing
trying to point at the truck driving by!!

While the boys were off riding,
Cortney and I stayed with the cutest member of our crew!!!

Then it was time for some play ground fun!!!
You can never go wrong with a play ground!!!

Apparently Lil' K was trying to eat the mulch and was not
happy that Daddy wouldn't let him!!

Then we headed inside..................

Big K and Olivia went fishin'!!!

I got some baby love!!!!
My favorite!!!

K found more fire trucks!!!

Then we went bowling!!

And did awesome at the ring toss (kinda!)!!!

More pics of my cute babe!!!

Snack break!!!
Popcorn-his favorite!!!

By this point, we were all pooped!!
We tried to get Big K to give me a break and carry Lil' K,
but that didn't quite work!!! Lol.

A HUGE thanks to Mr. Darren McCall for taking all of these
(minus 1) wonderful pictures for us that night!!!
I got to take a few but then got so wrapped up in watching the kids
and talking and having a great time that I sat my camera down
and before I knew it the night was over!!!
He was definitely my life saver that night!!
The life of a busy mom!!!

The Desire of My Heart

I am going to take a minute to share a little bit about
myself......

For as long as I can remember,
I have always wanted to adopt children.
Not just adopt,
but run an orphanage or foster children.

Now I am not exactly sure which one of these.....or all of these
God will use me for but I believe with everything in me that
He is going to use me!!!

I have such a love for children,
my children, obviously....,
the children in my family,
my friend's children,
children I see or meet while we are out and about....
just a whole-hearted, let me bundle all of you up and take you home
and give you a million kisses and feed and love and take care of you-
love for children.

I know this is the calling God has placed on my life.
And I am so fortunate to have a husband who puts up with
my dreams of a house full of kids.....
even though our 3 keep him quite busy!!

Last night I had a dream,
and in the dream, I had my 3 little loves but Lil' K was older,
like a couple of years older.
And he and I were sitting in a recliner with about a 6-7 month old
baby girl....all dressed up, bows in her wiry little bit of hair,
and he is just staring down at her with adoration.
And I knew that this was our baby!!
And I knew that I had not birthed this child!!!

And then I woke up......
Usually I am like, "awww man!!! Why did that amazing dream have to end?!!?"
But this morning I woke up and felt so refreshed....
like God was telling me, "I see the desire of your heart. And I care about what you care about."
And it was so comforting.
I believe with every fiber of my being that this will come to pass in
His timing.....if this is truly His will for our lives.
I don't think He would put such a passion in me only to have it
dampened out by life, trials, and hard times....
but to make it burn more fiercely by putting Him first,
serving Him and trusting that no matter what happens
He holds my future, my life, my whole world and everyone in it,
in His hands!!!

I could not be more grateful for what I have right now!!
I am blessed beyond my imagination...
I am definitely one rich woman!!!
I look forward to what is to come and pray that I can be
the Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister, Friend and Woman that God has and
is creating me to be.

Our 'ism for the Day
Adia: "Mommy can I have some money to put in the wishing well? I need to make a wish."
"What do you need to wish for Baby?"
"Well, I just need to wish that we will have some more babies!"
Hahaha. A child after my own heart!!!

Pumpkins!!! And Fun!!!

Wow!!  This weekend was pretty amazing!!
So amazing that it's going to have to be broken up into
2 separate blogs just to fit everything in!!

First, we started out by having a day of fun with Daddy on Saturday!!
He has been working so much lately and we have
hardly seen him at all!!

Pumpkin Patch!!!!

Her smile is changing right now!!
I don't know what has brought it on but I think
it is so stinkin' cute!!!

Lil' K's first pumpkin patch trip!!!
He was glued to Daddy!!

Kaleb decided to sit this picture out!!
Hahaha!!  He was so tired of taking pics!!

Our 1st official family photo!!!

We didn't even get a pic of all 5 of us whenever Lil' K
was born (slack, I know!!  But I just realized it 6 MONTHS LATER!!)

Then we went to a fall festival that Daddy's work puts
on for the kids every year!!
We always have so much fun!!!
Bounce houses, games, food, cotton candy and popcorn!!
Booey was a country girl!!!
Freckles n' all!!

And Big K was a sheriff!!!
The cutest one there, of course!!!

You would think after a day like this that there is no possible way
to have any more fun crammed packed into a single day
but just wait til you see part 2 of this blog!!!!......
Coming soon.....
Big K's big surprise!!!!
